D-Clinics is a multi-module SaaS platform that digitizes end-to-end clinic operations — unifying Hospital Information System (HIS), Laboratory (LIS), Warehouse, Telemedicine, and an AI Doctor assistant into a single scalable product. As Full-Stack Developer and Product Owner, I owned both the architecture and delivery: a Django REST backend, a React web client, and an Expo mobile app, deployed via Docker Compose across isolated dev/staging/prod environments. Key engineering work spanned integrating laboratory analyzers over RS-232 into the LIS module, building a self-hosted LiveKit telemedicine layer chosen for multi-clinic economics and data privacy, and shipping programmatic PDF generation for patient lab reports. The result is a maintainable, privacy-conscious system that replaces fragmented manual workflows with one unified clinical platform.
